Bio Efficacy of Botanicals against Major Insect Pests of Sesame

The oldest oil seed crop in India is sesame, which grown semi-arid tropical, subtropical, and temperate climates. It produced over an area of 17.14 million hectares, yielding 7.84 tonnes, at a productivity 457 kg/ha. harm caused by insect pests one the main obstacles to sesame production. Shoot webber capsule borer, Antigastra catalaunalis Duphonchel, leafhopper, Orosius albicinctus Distant, are two that regarded as being most significant terms inflicting economic harm. In light this, research was done control Regional Research Station, Vriddhachalam 2019–2020. bioefficacy botanicals, particularly pungam neem products, comparison inorganic pesticide on pest insects damage tested field.
